I was excited about receiving my watch, but when it arrived it did not work. I thought I was doing something wrong because I changed the time and the hands did not move. I waited and waited. I called Movado the operator gave me instructions and told me to wait again. I did and the a tb still didn’t work. I live in a rural area therefore, we do not have a Movado retailer within 100 miles of here. I called again and they apologized. I asked if I could receive my same discount which would give me options on what I was going to buy next. The operator stated NO, we can’t do that. I shared that it was not my fault that the product was faulty. The operator stated agin that NO, we can’t do that. I told her thanks. I sent the watch back and I purchased one somewhere else.
