The item itself is great and looks amazing. My issue is that I selected the “ship overnight” option and did not get it until a week later. When I reached out to customer service they told me to return it if I'm not happy. Why would you not offer me a discount on my next purchase or a free pen or something. You guys rather lose a sell than to retain a customer?
