I only wore this watch a few times. I emailed customer service asking for a refund. They refused and I really don’t want to go through the hassle of mailing it off to find out if their warranty will cover it.

This watch was under $100. It was packaged in its original packaging. Perfect condition. But when you picked it up it felt lighter than it looked. It sounded tinny when I moved it around etc. I returned it and bought a more expensive watch, Hugo Boss.

The watch is really nice but the bracelet is totally useless because there are no pins to adjust the length of the bracelet. Upon contacting customer service they too were useless; their suggestion was to send the watch to a service center. Well, there is only one and it’s in New Jersey, so that is unpractical. Finally, there is no user manual. I cannot recommend buying this watch!

I was hoping for a nice gift for a family member , but when arrived Box was damaged and inside carboard was crushed. Yes I did call and asked to have the box replaced but it is taking so long to get the box which I still did not get, and the Bday party is over.
