<p>Automatic watches do not contain batteries. They are charged by the movement of your wrist. If the watch is not worn it will stop running in about 38 hours. To get it started, turn the crown clockwise about 20-30 times until the second hand starts moving. You will most likely need to reset the time and date.</p>

I bought this watch last Thanksgiving holidays. I loved the over all watch style. I started using this watch regularly. What I noticed that if I use this watch regularly the time starts going 5 min. Faster every 3-4 days of continuous use. I have not tried using it for more than a week without correcting the time but I suspect it will continue to drift if not corrected. Not sure how to get the replacement or get it fixed.

Did not expected poor performance from this brand

This is a beautiful, classic looking watch. The face is clean and elegant. The depth verall is thin but not too thin. The sweeping second hand is perfect. I also like that this does not require batteries. Great watch.
