I purchased two of these watches one with the regular band and one with a different type of band one for my daughter one for my wife. They both think they’re amazing. They look beautiful so far the time is keeping very well. Just love the store. Love the watches love Mavado great product never had a problem with them and everybody that works in this particular store is really really a nice person. They are looking to help you. No questions asked I highly highly recommend this place to anyone there would be a fool to go anywhere else thank you, Mavado.

Open the watch no directions on how to clasp watch. One side of the watch was completely empty. No clasp. No connection no idea how to connect. No directions,,spent time on UTube to find the watch. The one on UTube was at least connected so that helped

It was a nice watch

The watch is beautiful! My wrists are pretty small and I was able to adjust the band to fit. The one thing I was surprised by, is that the battery was dead and I had to get it replaced.

Movado watch

I LOVE my watch! It’s very feminine without being too dainty, and has the perfect amount of bling without being flashy- I get compliments every time I wear it. Oh, and it keeps accurate time too!

The watch that I received did not work. I am awaiting a replacement. Provided that it works, it is a beautiful watch and look forward to receiving one that does work.

Watch did not work

The watch was received with the battery not working and the pins was pushed out. I had to go to the watch store and had to pay 60. 00 for a new battery and also get the pins fixed

Beautiful Watch!

Looks pretty but cannot wear because band does not fit into loop. I got this for a birthday gift and it’s too bad it’s not made correctly. I called a few repair places and said band is larger than loop and would cost to resize. Wish they made the band correctly.

The watch did not work. . . I tried numerous times to get the hands to move. Apparently the battery is not functioning on a new watch??

I am hoping only the battery. . . still waiting for them to resolve. Why it's being shipped with a bad battery?

Does not work

The watch is lovely. It truly is. The clasp, however, is a nightmare. It is extremely difficult to manipulate and if you have small wrists, like I do, don’t buy this. It’s really not made for small wrists Had I known how difficult the clasp is I would not have bought this watch. In addition, it was running when I got it and the battery needed to be changed within the month. Not cool.

Beautiful but difficult

It is a very pretty and an elegant watch - it will be a Xmas gift to me, I can not wait to start wearing it! Even the jeweler who did not sell it to me has compliment me on it. The reason why I had to show the watch to the jeweler was an inability to open the locking mechanism of the mesh bracelet, even after emailed later on instructions. There was a latch that had to be pushed in. A better job could be done with the bracelet instructions: clearly communicated and obviously illustrated.

I ordered this watch twice - First time the watch didn't work, and the second time there was an issue with the strap (clasp). Had to return both and deal with the embarrassment of having to take back a gift from a loved one. 

I expected the Movado Company Store to better than that, and check their products before shipping them out. I own and have purchased Movado watches for other in the past (in-store). Sadly, this awful experience is leading to never use the Movado Company Store online site and even move away from Movado as a brand.

Questionable Quality - Had to return twice

this watch is stunning. not to be overlooked, the bracelet is as much a work of art as the watch itself. it looks beautiful on my wife's wrist.
