My item was fairly used i was very disappointed it came with scratches and I had to return it for a replacement. I always buy watches on this site not the first time I got a scratched up watch hope the service improves and this doesn’t happen again Caus the watches r expensive so I want quality for my money

Really disappointed with the customer support. I reached the customer service about 6 times right after submitting my order because I was on need to change the engraving message. After many attempts they have confirmed with me that the message will be changed. I have received the watch with a wrong engraving. So sad.
