It’s not a blue as light as the pic illustrates but it’s a deep blue it depends on the lighting as to the color it looks but it’s not the blue in the pic , it’s an amazing piece

I actually reached out to your customer service team to ensure that the product SKU matched. A complete misrepresentation of the product. Still a good watch but I was completely mislead on the coloring of the watch.

Actual watch looks absolutely nothing like the photos.

The watch is beautiful and I'm happy with it. However, I'm unhappy with the service because it is supposed to be a gift and I marked the purchase as such, but no ribbon came with the package. After contacting Customer service, they said are not able to rectify it and send replacement ribbons. For the cost of the watch, I expected much better Customer service. Disappointed.
