We recommend having your timepiece serviced at one of our authorized after-sales service centers. We are pleased to offer the following options for your convenience:
Please visit our after sales service website www.mgiservice.com/movado. Upon creation of an account with a user ID and password, you may initiate the repair of your watch.

If you are sending your watch to our Moonachie facility, please download the MGI Repair and Service Request Form to complete and enclose with your watch. Be sure to include your warranty card if your watch is still covered.
