AFTER SALE SERVICE

To ensure the longevity of our products, we recommend having your watch serviced by visiting one of our Movado Company Store locations, via our mail-in service, or at one of our authorized after-sales service centers. Our customer service agents would be happy to guide you through selecting the right option for your battery replacement. Movado Company Store Location

Movado Company Stores offer battery replacement and a limited selection of other services performed by trained and certified associates at our locations across the US and Canada. Currently, we are able to support battery replacement for the following Movado Group watch brands Movado, Coach, Hugo Boss, Lacoste, Tommy Hilfiger, Olivia Burton, MVMT, Ebel & Concord.
We recommend calling your local store before visiting to coordinate with a store associate the best time for a service visit and to confirm your watch can be serviced in store. Click here to find your nearest store.

Services Offered at Movado Company Store Locations
Battery Replacement

Our Movado Company Store associates are trained and certified to replace batteries of most timepieces produced by the Movado Group family of brands. However, some timepieces are delicate and require special care. The following watches cannot be serviced in-store and must be sent to our Movado Group Inc. Service Center.

  • All solid gold timepieces
  • A timepiece that does not have a solid case back (e.g. skeleton case back)
  • Smart Watches, Digital Watches, Touch Screen Watches
  • Vintage Watches (20 years or older)
  • Unique or delicate watches
  • Watches that are 10 ATM/300 M water resistant, including Movado Series 800

Link & Watch Bracelet Sizing

Our Movado Company Store associates can assist you to remove links and size bracelet watches if your watch is too big. Please note, our stores do not carry extra links to provide if a watch is too small. If your watch is too small, please follow the instructions above in the Movado Group Inc Service Center section or contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.

Watch Strap Replacement Service

Currently, Movado Company Stores carry a limited assortment of replacement straps. Our stores can assist with strap replacement for any Movado Group brand listed above. To learn more about strap replacement, please contact your nearest store for additional information.

Movado Group Inc. Service Center

Located in Moonachie, New Jersey, the Movado Group Inc. Service Center is prepared to help you all your watch repair and service needs. Please visit our After-Sales Service website www.mgiservice.com/movado. Once you have created an account with a user ID and password, you will be able to initiate the repair of your watch, including battery replacements. If you are sending your watch to our Service Center for battery replacement, repair, or other services, please download and complete the MGI Repair and Service Request Form and enclose it with your watch. Be sure to include your warranty card if your watch is still covered.
