Online purchases from Movadocompanystore.com may be made by individuals who are residents of the U.S., for delivery within the U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We are unable to deliver online purchases to other locations at this time, but we invite you to visit one of our many authorized retailers around the world. You may locate one(s) in your region by clicking here. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to supply only part of an order; or to divide an order into multiple shipments to expedite delivery. We also reserve the right to change the terms or duration of any special offers or sales promotion. Discounts and promotions cannot be applied to past orders. We will inform you by email if we are unable to fill your order. Any individual customer may purchase up to five units of each watch model and we reserve the right to further limit the quantity of products we supply.

Engraved styles are not eligible for Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store. Engraved styles are not eligible for returns or refunds. Please allow 3-5 additional business days to process engraved pieces.

All taxes, if any, due on your online transaction will be charged, as required by applicable laws. Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated sales tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped, and may vary from the estimated amount.
Changes/Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to service@mgicustomer.com – or call us toll free at 1-800-810-2311: our hours are Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM, Eastern Time. We will try to accommodate your request, but once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified. Once you have received your online order, please refer to our return instructions included with your shipment.
Shipping and Delivery
To ensure the secure delivery of your order, all products are shipped via USPS Priority or Federal Express. We are therefore unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, AFB or any other addresses not covered by Federal Express delivery. For overnight shipping, to further safeguard your purchase, an adult over the age of 21 must sign for the shipment package at time of delivery.
Ground Shipping on qualified orders: Free for orders $35 or more, $10 for orders $34.99 and under
Two-day shipping on qualified orders: $20
Overnight shipping on qualified orders: $30
