I purchased online. No instructions on how to set watch. Called Movado and rep couldn't figure it our either! I was instructed to drive 40 miles round trip to specific retail store for assistance. NO WAY - I chose to return watch and purchase a different product that was much more user friendly! Shame on you, Movado!!!!!!!
