I am concerned about the surface of the dial. It does not appear to be flat. Is that supposed to be? Is this just an optical problem that occurs when the light hits the dial?

Great watch

Had a bangle style watch in the 90's, really liked that one. Not real sure why I waited so long to go back to this style. I love the daintyness of the band, yet the face is bold enough to see without yelling. I was worried about water and I forgot to check, it was a nice surprise to know that it is resistant and I don't need to remove it for every task. My ONLY complaint is. . . . how long it took to arrive. Pay the extra $20. . . . or wait 3 weeks.

The Movado watch I bought for my wife became so much more than a gift the moment she opened it. This watch didn’t just tell time. It healed a small piece of her heart.

Years ago I lost a similar Movado. I replaced it but wasn’t as thrilled with it as I was the one that I lost. So happy to find another bangle with a mother of pearl face.
