Had a watch engraved for 50th birthday gift and the engraving wasn't complete, half of the engraved words were smudged and not visible. I called for a replacement in time for the event, Movado still hasn't responded and Im stuck with a watch that I paid over 500$ for with faulty engraving. Sent various emails spoken to managers they all said they would return my emails and calls and still no response. Very disappointed with Movado brand.

I love the watch, however, my closure from the first time I put it on, does not close/lock properly. Keeps popping off, falling off, and such. Reached out the only way possible through the website and was told to mail it in, for an unknown amount of time, not to be able to talk to anybody to explain what the issue is, to then be told how much it would cost to fix my 6-day old watch. Been wearing Movado for 30+ years, very disappointed.

Lock on the bracelet is not secured. It is easily could popped off . 
 Actually, I was wearing it and came off and fell on the floor without me knowing it. 
 It’s good somebody found it and gave it to security guard.

4 The Esquire...

The snap on the mess band will come open if it brushes against anything that touches the latch. Had it 2 weeks...done it 3x. sad

Beautiful...but

My boyfriend loves it I got him this exact watch with the gold band and black face he wears it to all his business meetings and get a lot of compliments that is why I decided to get him this one so he can wear it to match different suits
