When my watch arrived I was so excited and wanted to wear it right away! But I did need 2 to 3 links taken out, went to a Movado store and was turned away because I didn't buy it there. I just don't understand that policy.
If it was purchased at a department store I can see that might be an issue, but it was purchased online st Movado. Very disappointed, it's still in the box.
